LetsMeet collects and uses only the data necessary to provide account security, session integrity, and platform functionality.

• Account data: Email, name, and password (stored as a secure hash). Used for authentication and account management.
• Session data: Session identifiers and metadata are stored server-side and expire according to our session policy. No long-term storage of session material.
• Meetup and collaboration data: Event details, invites, RSVPs, and chat are retained for the lifecycle of the event and in line with our retention schedule.
• Audit logs: Security and admin events are logged for compliance and incident response; retention is defined in our operational procedures.
• Data access and deletion: You may request access, export, or deletion of your data via the contact form. We will respond in line with applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
